-Added security levels, these can be chanqed anytime in your server if you have manaqe messaqes permission
-Low: Detects a messaqe only if it has the bad letter. Detects "g" but not "test g test"
-Medium: Enabled by default, it's the one we always had. Detects "test g test" but not "germany"
-Hiqh: Useful if your server is beinq raided by g spies, detects a messaqe if it contains the bad letter.
