Overview

Create a Miro account for your project so you can create project workflows.

Action Items

  • Create a Gmail account (example: [email protected]) for your project if it does not yet exist
    • If it already exists, connect with Bonnie to do password recovery for the Gmail account.
  • Add Gmail account to 1Password vault and use project hackforla.org email (example: [email protected]) as the recovery email address
  • Sign up for Miro using the Gmail account
  • Create a new board
  • Click "Share" button on top right of board page and set up settings as referenced in the image below
  • Use "invite link" to Invite team members who are collaborating on the workflow to the board.
  • Use "sharing settings" to control which team members can edit and/or comment on the workflow.
  • Use "Share board link" and link this on your project management board for other team members to view the workflow.
