Overview

Please design a way to prevent users from being misled into the eye icons under the Visibility column of the My Projects page are interactive.

Details

According to the results of #1663, when users are tasked with hiding a project on the My Projects page, their first intuition is to go to the project's row and click on the navy blue eye icon under the Visibility column.

Please design a way to dissuade users from clicking on the eye icons in the Visibility column and instead have them click on the checkbox in the row and then click on the eye icon in the toolbar at the top.

Action Items

  • Design some mockups that explore solutions to this issue.
  • Review with the product, research, and development teams. Update if needed based on feedback.
  • Once a size decision has been finalized, add a slide on the staging deck.
  • Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.
