As time goes, there is a large demand for such API that people can use to call any performance script by whatever identifier.

In the future we could use this API to deliver verbal+non-verbal response.

The APIs should be able to start/pause/resume/stop the performance.

They don't need to add to WebUI for now, but they should support HTTP request.

They may replace TTS API eventually.
