- All 'Lucite box' commands removed
- In ActarSimGasDetectorConstruction : Hard coded position of GasBox inside the GasChamber removed and changed to an external command /ActarSim/det/gas/setYGasBoxPos 12.47 mm
- ActarSim-manual added
- Macros updated and cleaned

- Added GasChamber size command for ActarSimDetectorConstruction. So now the geometry of the chamber is defined in the mac file.

- Modified Gas Definition: now in ActarSimGasDetectorConstruction, setGasMaterial will define the gas according to the user's Temperature & Pressure.
- In GUI: added gas button for selecting gas Pressure & Temperature, and list of mono-gases defined thereby

- Removed the entrance beam commands to simplify. Now one should only use the beamPosition/Direction to control the beam
- Added the Gas Mixture feature. Now we can make any type of mixture by setting the number of elements /ActarSim/det/gas/GasMixture N,
  setting all gases with their ratio /ActarSim/det/gas/setGasMix GasNum GasMat GasRatio and finally setting in the gas box and chamber
  /ActarSim/det/gas/setGasMat GasMix.
- Updated and rearanged the src/TODO list
