Swap MAPS.ME references to Organic Maps

In all my descriptions I mention MAPS.ME (in very favourable terms) however these days I've switched, and many in the OSM community are spreading the word that we should all switch, to Organic Maps instead. It's a very similar app, forked from MAPS.ME, but more open source, without the cluttering ads.

So I should update my descriptions everywhere, including rewriting my old blog post I suppose.
