What's the test to develop? Please describe

As v1.5.0 Harvester UI is generated from harvester-ui-extension.
DOM elements are totally different from harveter/dashboard.

We need to fix and make sure the original test cases can passed on v1.5.0 UI.

Prerequisite and dependency of test

Describe the items of the test development (DoD, definition of done) you'd like
