Consul-esm helm chart: contribution welcome?

Hi,

We are finding consul-esm useful as part of migrating from non-mesh nodes-with-agents to k8s-agentless-service-mesh (we found it really hard to join the existing agents to servers in k8s due to network config issues, but we can cover our usage with external nodes and esm-centric healthchecks).

It's a pity that there is no pre-existing helm chart for installing esm - would a PR for a chart be welcome for that?

I appreciate esm is not your main development focus, but it is a useful tool for specific situations and migration scenarios.
