Workshop :: rgee applied epidemiological studies

In this workshop you will learn how to use rgee in the spatial analysis of epidemiological studies.

  • Some knowledge about spatial data (vector and raster)

  • Some knowledge in R programming languges.

  • Install the following softwares:

    • R
    • Rstudio
    • Packages:
      • rgee , tidyverse, tmap, raster, geojsonio, viridis, ggspatial, sf, stars, lubridate, patchwork and mapview.
