Since we continue(skip) when walkduration/playercastduration isnt over , the idle timer is not getting reset and frequently meet 3 second condition. It creates weird behaviour when teleporting/in town.
Checking for ctx.Data.PlayerUnit.Position == previousPosition is more reliable then player.mode since it can change from one to the next while still in same position.
