Custom GCC version selection

Use a custom version of GCC from the archives

When a wrong version is selected a helpful error message shows the ones available

Error in fail: Version 99.2.1 not available in ["9.2.1", "13.2.1", "12.3.1-1.1", "12.3.1-1.2", "13.2.1-1.1"]
