How do I scale content correctly, if it is even possible? #2461

I just switched from the alpha to v1.8.0 and am disappointed as I cannot use it in the current state. I hope it is just user error but in 1.8 text is overflowing (see time widget) on my landscape screen and the dashboard is completely unusable on my portrait screen. Any suggestions on how to fix this or idea when it will be fixable? Landscape 1.8

Hey For the second problem, we just introduced layouts in 1.8 where you can add different amount of columns for different screen sizes. You can find the documentation here |

For the first problem there is currently a change in the pipeline to no longer scale widgets based on there size and rather use normal text sizes, see #2407
For the second problem, we just introduced layouts in 1.8 where you can add different amount of columns for different screen sizes. You can find the documentation here
