Cannot delete individual device that is not available

I have a renamed a powerplug and added it to the list of individual devices. The old name is still in de list. When I press the delete button for the old name, nothing happens.
The Energie panel shows warnings:

Statistics not defined
Some entities currently have no statistics metadata. If these are newly created, it may take up to 5 minutes for this to be generated for the following entities:
sensor.xmas_plug_summation_delivered
Entity not defined
Check the integration or your configuration that provides:
sensor.xmas_plug_summation_delivered
