Unified critical notification configuration (sync iOS and Android)

I want to configure notification for apps on iOS and Android without having to remember obscure settings (why is "critical" part of "sound"?).

This is the solution I like to see:

shall be treated as

Alternative:
The service of the notify integration of HA gets a new data attribute "critical" or "priority".
