hi @horilla-opensource

I am the reporting manager for four individuals, and each of them manages 30 employees. Therefore, in my employee tab, I should be able to view my four direct reports along with all the employees who report to them. This setup essentially represents a hierarchy-based employee tab.

By having this hierarchical view, I can easily navigate through the levels of the team, tracking who reports to whom. This helps in managing resources, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth communication across all levels. It also allows me to oversee the entire group of employees under my management, providing a more comprehensive view of the organization’s workforce.

Hi @SathishPR18 ,

Thanks for the feedback!.

We agree that a hierarchical view in the employee tab would enhance visibility and make it easier to track the reporting structure.

We'll look into implementing this feature to allow reporting managers to see their direct reports and their teams in a clear, organized way. This will certainly help with better resource management and performance tracking.

We'll keep you updated on the progress of this feature

Best Regards,
Team Horilla
