[BUG] Additional iD URL parameter for imagery offset is not working #6676

Describe the bug
It seems that setting automatically an imagery offset in iD editor is not working anymore.

To Reproduce

As a project manager go to the project you want to set an offset for the imagery.
Click Edit Project
Open metadata tab
Fill offset in Additional iD URL parameter
Save
Pick a task of the project to map in iD editor
In iD open background settings
Go down till Imagery Offset
You'll see here 0, 0 and not the offset you filled as a project manager in the parameters.

Expected behavior
You fill the offset as project manager and it automatically sets it in iD editor.

Thanks @Jorieke I've seen this issue before as well! Would be great to get it fixed
