edit tags comfortably

If you would be able to create your custom tags on each entry we would end up with the tags "print", "printer", "printing", ...(not good).
When I start typing in the little search bar (below), it should suggest me an existing tag, to click on. If my tag was never seen before, I of course can add him as well, without clicking on a suggestion. I also want to have the little "x" in the tags, so that I can easily remove them.
