Expected Output: $$ \frac{x}{50}-\frac{x}{60}=\frac{48}{60} $$
Actual Output: $$ \frac{xx48}{50-60=60} $$

Thanks for this report @henrymcl! I was able to reproduce the issue. Currently extracting equations in "Professional Format" is not supported, so the behavior could be incorrect in some cases such as this one. If you are able to convert the document into linear format as explained here, it should extract correctly.

I am currently working on adding support for professional format, but unfortunately I have been significantly delayed due to other commitments. It is coming, but I cannot provide an exact time frame as to when it will be ready.
