Opening the development

I was thinking that would be nice for me to also create PRs for my own patches, at least for the non-trivial ones, so people can know what's going on and I can receive some code review for my lame decisions.

So the changes are:

• All non-trivial patches I'll do starting from now will have a PR.
• All working in progress branches I have will stay public in some PR, with wip commits et al that will be squashed before merge.
• I'll wait at least one/two days to land the PR after I it's being ready for a merge and have no complaints.
