Suggestions:

  • Automatically add new issues to the default column, to ensure everything is covered during the planning session
  • Utilize issue types that are mutually exclusive, and make it mandatory to have one of, for example, Bug, Feature, Performance, Documentation, CI, Test, and Untyped for those don't have any expectation to how they will be addressed or those across multiple categories
    • And remove corresponding labels
