Support for Ember 1.13 / Ember 2

Hey everyone.

I am using ember-select-2 intensively for one of my projects; I'm attempting to update the project and its dependencies all the way up to ember 2, but first we need to pass through ember 1.13 land. 👯

Does anyone have any experience with this? Has anyone tried it? Is it worth it?

I'd love to pitch in a hand, but not sure where to start and whether or not it's possible make happen. Is anyone with me?

I'm in ember 1.13 land with no problems. It appears to be fine in 2.0 land except for .fmt() being deprecated.

Is there any plan that this addon is made compatible?
Seems that it gets unsupported? Last commit from June '15

Hey @Kilowhisky - thanks for the direction.
rewrote now the app with a lot of use cases (including some parts where I had to rewrite the select2 component). its quite easy and I could even improve the code a lot with ember-power-select.
nevertheless, thanks for the select2 component. worked great before Ember 2.0.
