我们这里是直接使用锚连接的，如果你需要实现滚动动画，可以自行进行修改

hexo-theme-hipaper / layout / _partial / article.ejs

中的在之后的代码部分。

如果你认为加入滚动动画是一个很好的点子，那你可以告诉我们，我们在后期可能会将这个点加入至项目中。

我们也欢迎你作为contributor，完成此部分功能的实现并合并至我们的主题中。
