SCI0 Class Library - Missing from Site Docs #26

I don't think the SCI0 class library is included in the distribution -- it looks like Help/legacy.html refers to Help/Legacy/index.html, but there is no directory in the distribution. It looks like is isn't in the online version either, but instead exists in commit 2b0553c. I didn't see an issue or anything on why this was removed, but it would be great to have it be available on the main site.
