Motivation

Currently, momentum walls (names of boundaries) are set in the Flow physics, and are used in the scalar and energy physics
But we may not want to use the BCs implemented in the Physics for these other equations, rather adding them directly in the input file

Design

Add a parameter for setting energy_wall_boundaries and passive_scalar_wall_boundaries for walls
Same for inlet, outlet

Obey it if set, if not use the NS Flow Physics boundaries

Impact

More flexiblity
