[BUG] prom2teams.connectors environment variable doesn't work

Description

prom2teams.connectors environment variable is mentioned in README.md but I had no luck to make it work. after looking into Dockerfile, I don't think its being grabbed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Provide multiple connectors using prom2teams.connectors env variable.
2. Produce any alert, it will fail.

Expected behavior:
Prom2teams should be able to map prom2teams.connectors env variables correctly.

Actual behavior:
Nothing really happens, I had to fall back to use INI config file with my connectors.
