Get content for "From the Principal"

The content under the "From the principal" section of the site still reads pseudo-Latin. This will need to be changed for the site to feel authentic.

• Request letter from Principal
• Perform basic editing. Fill in context gaps, correct grammar...
• (optional) get changes approved from the principal
• Edit index.html and submit a pull request

I know that this is already in the works (thanks @kevinam99 ). And isn't entirely software based. But my intention in opening this issue is to start populating this tab with whatever needs to be done for the site. This will be useful for planning and especially for new contributors to help with the project.

The principal isn't giving his message at this time. He's asked to come back next sem.

We need to replace that section with something else, or remove it for the time being.

We could replace it a message from some other authority perhaps? But then it'll have to stick. Removing it seems like the best course of action. More flexible.
