This is great and a helpful format. Can we transition it to a PR so it can be merged into a folder as a historical record of the content for the calls? |

PR format with a sub-directory for the calls also sounds great. The "front page" can be a README in the directory (what is proposed under "Proposal for primary discussion body".) Can be something like https://github.com/ignite/cli/tree/main/calls (or maybe something better than "calls".) |

Context:
This proposal seeks to transition the organization and documentation of Ignite community calls from using traditional GitHub Issues to GitHub Discussions. This change aims to streamline the process, enhancing interactivity and community-driven collaboration. This also builds on previous efforts for the community calls.
The agenda for each community call will be collaboratively constructed based on proposals and updates shared in the dedicated "Show and Tell" discussion threads. To propose a topic for a community call, participants should reply to the specific community call thread, adhering to the outlined criteria for submitting an update. Or, we can have two threads, one for proposals and discussions, and one "main" thread.
The official agenda will be posted as an entry in the main discussion. This main discussion serves the dual purpose of record-keeping and establishing a unified reference point. Meanwhile, the other discussion thread(s) under "Show and Tell" are designed for fostering discussion and dialogue among community members.
