Remove igraph_ prefix from link titles to improve visual clarity #4

To reduce visual clutter, could we remove the igraph_ prefix from the links to the C docs? For example, the link title should be simply cliques() instead of igraph_cliques(). This is partially done in the C documentation index as well.
