Test that the LEUART can be used on the UART pins.

The D and C pins are LEUART0 location 3, and T and R pins are LEUART0 location 1.

Because D and C are also used by ARM SWD (which is enabled by default), it's important to remember to configure the multiplexer to use location 1 when enabling the LEUART.
