Feature request: Patch Compare

Currently there is no way to compare a modified patch to a stored patch
I would like to have an option, such as pressing a combination of keys, that would toggle between playing the modified patch and the saved patch
Possibility to choose a different patch while doing so would be useful too, although not needed if improvement #219 is implemented
