What is the best configuration when you have albums and mobile library as external libraries but with likely duplicates in both?

I see this in the documentation, but I do not quite understand it.

What happens to duplicates in external libraries?
Duplicate checking only exists for upload libraries, using the file hash. Furthermore, duplicate checking is not global, but per library. Therefore, a situation where the same file appears twice in the timeline is possible, especially for external libraries.

I basically have 1 library in immich with 2 paths. 1 path is for the mobile library and 1 path for my albums.

I basically do not what the de-duplication engine to acknowledge duplicates in both paths since I'm sure there are duplicates since those albums were made from iOS which uses my mobile library to join photos.
