Pass command-line parameters to Nextflow in a YAML file, instead of inline #7

Right now, the wrapper generates the command line for Nextflow execution, which tends to be very long with all the input and output parameters. Also, it is not clear the way to pass a VRE array of parameters to Nextflow.

As Nextflow supports passing the parameters in a YAML file, the wrapper should exploit this feature
