UI: the meaning of response colors is unclear (especially for color blind people) #430

When filling in a newdle, it's unclear what green and yellow colors denote. There is no text information that green means "yes" and yellow means "if-need-be". Even the icon (✔️) is the same, just the color changes.

This is is particularly confusing for people who are color-blind or have non standard colour vision. (As an event organiser, I've just received this comment from one of the participants who wasn't sure how to respond to the newdle.)
