Bjorn-detector setup problem (Lubuntu 24.04 Noble)

Prerequisites and dependencies set up and installed software, but pip would not run so installed pipx. but when trying to run requirements.txt the following errors were given and I cannot find the cause nor how to fix them:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pydantic_settings'
Can someone please help?
BTW: bjorn/bjorn is running well on latest RasPi Zero and Waveshare V4

some packages are not installed.

• Use pip to install it or equivalent...

Pydantic is now installed, but pydantic-settings fails to install and gives the following error message:

I've read the hints and tips and tried the different recommendations, but it still fails. I must be doing something wrong. Could you please provide more advice?

Please follow install guide included on bjorn-detector repo. Detector doesnt use system packages.

Detector is based on virtualenv.
