Dev testing can find installed version of stub #11

If you:

git clone [email protected]:ingydotnet/acme-math-xs-pm -b eumm
cd acme-math-xs-pm
cpanm Alt::Acme::Math::XS::EUMM
prove -lv t/

the tests pass, even though there is no local version of
Acme::Math::XS::Inline. The installed/compiled version is used.

This might be confusing for authors.

There are things we can do:

Add a check in the Dynaloader stub.
PERL5OPT=-MInline,Module can check for sure.

Not a big deal but worth a think.

I believe #31 fixes this.
