`shuffle_ard` handling of `..ard_*..` variables from stack function #337

Similar to how NA "overall" statistics are filled with "Overall ", we could populate groups/variables accordingly for stack-specific variables.

For example, for a hierarchical stack calculating AESOC and AETERM by TRTA:

..ard_total_n.. resulting missing TRTA value gets populated with "Overall TRTA"
..ard_hierarchical_overall.." resulting missing AESOC and label values get populated with "Any AESOC"
