lpmd never exits low power state

Hi, I have laptop running Fedora 41 and i5-12500H for which lpmd doesn't want to exit low power state. I'm runnning pretty much the default config: config.txt. Running with --loglevel=debug produces the following log: lpmd.log.

Strangely, when setting WLTHintEnable to 1, lpmd never seems to either exit or enter the low power state.
