How to copy all the pieces at once onto a wordprocessor?

For what I can see the result of the transcription is loose pieces of text that will need to be copied one by one onto a wordprocessor. That is extremely time consuming. I suppose that the feature that allows the copying and pasting of all of the pieces at once is not available and therefore is highly desirable. Even better if the extension automatically does that (transcription onto a text editor). Dragon Naturally Speaking used to include a built-in text editor and allowed the use of MS Word, but the quality of the transcriptions were generally poor.
