Expose locate track to public API

It would be nice to be able to trigger the scroll to track function of the player, from outside.

Let's say on radio4000-cms i want to see the current track's description, without touching the mouse.

I would press l (can be x) for Locate the track in player

Then g x (existing, but can be g l), as in Locate track in the cms, would bring you to this track (in view) in the channel.tracks.
