Packets to appropriate multicast destinations arriving on the private input port should be routed via all(?) routes. The premise is that we delegate authority over which multicast addresses to route into the sub-network enclosed by Vita to the private next hop. I.e., the router that decides wether packets are to be routed via the Vita node would also be responsible for deciding when multicast addresses to route.
The simplest (and possibly wrong) implementation would be to route all destination addresses with the multicast prefix to all Vita routes. From Vita’s perspective this would be equivalent to broadcast.
