I'm getting an Error stderr maxBuffer length exceeded after upgrading to v6.3.1 on Mac.

Steps to reproduce

I'm getting the error when I try Run script but it works fine for Run script in all packages:

Expected behavior

It should ask which packages I want to run the script on.
