Create a website that lists VPS providers and hardware by their performance in the Tangle

We should have a list of VPS providers for beginners.
Only tested and approved providers could be added.
You could sort them by I/O, CPU benchmarks and price/performance.
We would need to implement benchmark tools in the node software. Hornet already has the bench-io tool to benchmark I/O.

I made a first draft for the website in this repo. Feel free to make PRs and suggestions.

Key results

• Create and improve website that lists the prices and benchmarks of various providers
• Add common Hardware configs (Intel Nuc)
• Implement CPU benchmark in Hornet
• Implement CPU benchmark in Bee
• Implement I/O benchmark in Bee
• Find a method to publish/verify results directly from the node software
