@ianopolous would you accept & merge a PR which changed the package here from peergos.shared.cbor to io.ipld.cbor?

Actually, given ipfs-shipyard/java-ipfs-http-client#234, which already has this as package io.ipfs.api.cbor; it would may be (?) make sense, and perhaps avoid any future confusion, to just stick to renaming the code in this repo to that package name instead (and then use this there, as is to be discussed in the linked issue)?
