Nodegraph unclickable links during live update

This might be the mocker data's fault, and might not happen with real data.
React's duplicate links error is omitting some link generation, and makes some links unclickable for some reason. Old links without duplicates work.

1. turn on live update
2. try to click on links as they appear
3. Check console.

The filter function will not find anything matching source,target in links for some reason
