DHL does not require post codes to get full information, in fact it doesn't even take the passed post code.
GLS doesn't require a post code (via API call rstt029), but returns limited information in such cases, so it'd be best that we require one.

would be best with #15 + moving all the backends to Retrofit so we can stop depending on raw OkHttp
