[Bug] Changing video quality sometimes resets speed

Describe the bug
Sometimes when you change the video quality the quality settings icon gets selected (for an unknown reason at random times) and it gets a blue line around it.
When you click space to play the video what happens instead is the video playback speed gets reset. This is quite problematic when you wan't to set the speed&quality of multiple videos.

Steps to Reproduce
Just open up a bunch of videos on invidious instances and change the resolution. On some tabs this will happen.
