Error installing on android 15

Hi I'm using android 15 beta on my pixel 8a and I get he following error when trying to install the module

I have KernelSU installed in a private space, idk if that makes any difference

More info, my patched classes3.dex inside services.jar is v41 dex file (which may have different header size?)

If I change line 48 in customize.sh to specify api level 34 I get a v40 dex which works fine

can you run this in termux and upload the zip:
pkg install zip && cd /system/framework/ && su -c $(command -v zip) -r9 /sdcard/fw.zip .

edit2: until google fix the smali bug that j-hc refers to below my workaround from this comment still works fine for me

Installation still fails on the official release of Android 15 on Pixel phones.

its a smali bug. no need to repeat the same thing over and over again until google fixes it

anyone can change a number in the customize.sh file. so no, dont share any zips.

i dont know the side effects of using an older dex format in A15 so do this at your own risk.

Hi dev, thanks for the suggestion. I have changed the number to 35 since im using oxygen os 15. But dex2oat failed is showing up and installation getting failed. Could you shed some light on this error.

Bootloop on December update on pixel 6 pro. it worked on android 15 for past two months, i just updated cause of feature drop and then noticed that this module was causing a bootloop.

Same for me. Just boot in safe mode, then reenabled all modules except this. Then removed and reinstalled (and all work again).

module cannot even be flashed on A15. you cant get a bootloop. you are using the patched services.jar from A14

I found lsposed module to disable flag secure, but I cannot find a way to disable screenshot listener without this module. I've tried the way with 34 and 35 numbers but they are not working (nothing phone 2 - a15). so could you update that module or tell me what should I do to make it work? 🫡

I'm using crdroid 11 based on android 15 I cannot install the module please find a way to do it after the optimizing message it's getting cancelled and while rebooting it's getting into bootloop
