Error producing PDF from TeX source found

Hello. After update from 1.12.3.3 to 1.14.0.4 I am getting following error:

ERROR: ! LaTeX Error: File `lmodern.sty' not found.
Type X to quit or <RETURN> to proceed,
or enter new name. (Default extension: sty)

Full command:

docker run --rm -t -v $PWD:/source jagregory/pandoc --smart AC.html -t latex -V geometry:margin=1in --latex-engine xelatex -o ./dist/test.pdf

Also I found some info about missing lmodern package, maybe it can helps.
