It looks like it's trying to do a "user install" instead of a "guild install;" you may have set the wrong value on the Installation page on the developer site.

oh thats because i have to do this then i can save the settings

Uncheck 'User Install' and 'Requires Oauth2 Code Grant'

this what happen if i check both user and guild, after human recognition

In installation, make sure Guild Install is checked and user install isn't. Then under that there should be a drop-down menu, set that to none.

But that means that the bot is no longer private cause we can't check Guild Install with Public Bot unchecked

You can. You need to make sure your bot does not have an install link.
