Handle playlists correctly #1

Problem

Currently it seems like only the first video of a reasonably sized (~<100) playlist is played. The rest are ignored.

Proposed Solutions

Manually add every song to the songbird builtin playlist like proposed here
Build a separate queue system independent from songbird's one and handle it there (playlist stop my bot serenity-rs/songbird#92 (comment))

Problems

How to handle looping?

loop the entire playlist
loop the currently playing song
